Our policy is to prevent you from scammers. When a Russian lady comes to our agency to get registered, we check her passport and scan it. If a lady is from some other city then she is obliged to send us the scan of her passport. If we get the Russian lady's profile from some of our partners from other cities, then we make sure that this other agency checks the lady's information and her passport.
During the correspondence we monitor all the letters sent by ladies and stop the letters with the requests for sending money. If we see such a request the lady's profile is removed from our database. There is only 1 exception when the lady can ask for money – it is covering her travel expenses if you agree to meet somewhere else, not in her native town. You can always inquire at the agency the cost for tickets, hotels, etc. Or you can send the money to the agency and we will buy tickets for the lady, make hotel reservation for her in the city you will choose for meeting and provide any proofs you may need (scan-copies of the tickets, etc.)
Don't send the money without any reason! If you want to make some surprise for your lady, you can order her flowers or some other gifts.
